Hi
abinash73,
Thanks for reaching out to
mbaMission with your profile. You have an excellent academic background with high GPA from a top university and high GMAT. Your work experience seems strong with a promotion at a well-known firm. 2 years is on the earlier side, so that will impact your odds. I'm also not sure of the function/role you're in but assuming it's something that shows quant skills then a transition into IB seems doable. It's nice that you have the entrepreneurial experience too, with the social impact angle. Is that volunteering something you're still doing? If not, then that side of your profile could be something to improve.
The decision on which schools to target should be based on a number of factors and your preferences, but assuming you're interested in schools with strong finance/IB reputations then I would look at Booth, Columbia, LBS, NYU, Cornell. Maybe Wharton but I think that could be a stretch with your work experience level.
Hope that helps!
Kate
