Work experience:
25 months on matriculation.
15 months as an accountant in a startup and 10 months in a trading company. Both are startup’s.

If going to ISB is really important to you, then instead of giving up (before trying) you should work to enhance your profile towards acceptance. It may take a year or two, which would still be ok as you are a much younger applicant right now with only 25 months of experience (class average is 4 years).
Your academics look alright and a 730+ (675+) GMAT score can definitey help. You've not given details about your work experience, but the startup experience can be compelling as one gets to wear many hats and the learning curve is typically very steep.
In the extra curriculars, some of the activities you have listed from school are pretty dated. However, the thrift store sounds interesting and its recent.
I'd recommend going ahead and taking the test so that you have one big component of the aplication out of the way.

For starters - you should never give up on the application. You will never know the results till you try. I am an ISB alum,CO15, and have guided applicants like you over the last several years who succesfully received an admission by 'smartly' highlighting the uniqueness in their profile. If they can, so can you.
Your academic scores are strong and consistent. Your undergraduate CGPA is good, which will positively reflect on your application. Your work experience, though in startups, shows a focus on accounting and finance. However, the total work experience is relatively on the lower side. Highlighting your achievements and responsibilities will be crucial.Extracurricular Activities
1. Target Score: Aim for a GMAT score of 720 (675 FE) or higher. ISB is competitive, and a high GMAT score will strengthen your application significantly.
2. Highlight Achievements: Emphasize any significant achievements, initiatives, or responsibilities taken during your work tenure.
3. Narrative: Craft a compelling narrative around your entrepreneurial journey, challenges faced, and growth achieved. No one is looking at receipts, but from a documentation POV, you might have to submit ITR / GST submission (if applicable) of the venture.
4. Compelling Essays: Write essays that tell your unique story, focus on your goals, why ISB, and how your background and experiences have prepared you for an MBA.
5. Goals: How will your experiences from the venture combined with your accounting industry knowhow when complimented with specific skillsets you will gain from ISB empower you to achieve your short term career goals.
By focusing on these areas, you can enhance your profile and improve your chances of securing admission.
