Your profile is alright.  Your GMAT and GPA are about average.

If you are male, you will need a GMAT equivalent of 750 to target T15 colleges.  (705+ on the GFE).  If you are a female applicant, then a 740 equivalent for the top 15 (695 - 705+).

Hi,

Wanted to enquire what bschools I should target based on my profile. Key stats are given below:

Nationality: Indian

Undergrad: Top 5 school in India, regular feeder to top Indian B-schools

GPA: 6.4/10

Post undergrad experience: 3 years at time of joining MBA next year

Role: Investment Analyst, company backed by huge Private Equity fund

Sector: Infrastructure

GMAT: 710

International work experience, on ground in emerging economies for 6-7 months a year.

Have experience on deals in infrastructure and renewable energy in emerging economies. Top performing analyst in my team, lead for portfolio operations for a subsidiary.

Recommender: Sr. VP (My supervisor, only analyst to do so) and group CSO. Both don't have an MBA but are previous Consultants and Investment Bankers at top firms.

Post MBA role: Impact investing in infra

What could my chances be at non HSW M7 colleges? Which colleges should I target?

What about other T15 ones like Stern, Yale, Darden, Tuck etc.?
