Hi!
Thanks for sharing your profile - it's fascinating! Your academic background is quite good - I think between your undergrad scores, LSE, and GMAT, you're covered (even if LSE grades weren't top).
Professionally, you've done quite well, too. You've shown consistently strong performance (as demonstrated through promotions), worked for a high profile company, etc . Though you've made a drastic career switch, I think it's quite an interesting one and it is compelling that you wish to continue on that track of eco-hospitality.
The schools you've listed are all very competitive ... while I think you have a chance, I would say that HBS/GSB are long shots as they are for most. Wharton/INSEAD are great target programs. I'd also urge you to look at Cornell as it's well known for it's hospitality program and MBA.
