Proof for Extracurricular Activities required?

Hi,
my question is regarding the proof required for extracurricular activities that i was involved in,while applying to B-schools.

I was the vice-president of our students association and hosted our tech-fest. Apart from that i have worked for an NGo, but i dont have any proof such as a certificate for both. How am i supposed to keep these things in my resume when i dont have any proof to show?

I don't think you are supposed to have proof of them. I have never hear of bschools asking proof of employment even... that's what background checks are for. In either case, I have not heard of schools verifying EC's per se unless that is in lieu of work experience.

Thank you for sharing your question. I don't believe that your objective should be to 'prove' your participation. Instead, your objective should be to reflect and share with schools how those experiences have either shaped you into the leader you are today or the leader you will become tomorrow.

BTW: If you are looking to gain additional volunteer experiences for your resume that will help illustrate your leadership potential and character, please consider one of the below three organizations.

2) Taproot Foundation
3) USA Leadership Corps

These organizations recruit, train, and match talented professionals like yourself with small businesses or nonprofits in need of business planning or strategy assistance. The experience you will gain will help you to demonstrate great leadership potential.
