got admitted to Krannert-Purdue and LeedsColorado, which one should I take? I plan to concentrate on Finance.. any sugestion for these two choices? thanks

I was planning to apply in Krannert for its reputation in Operation Management (OpM)/Supply Chain Management (SCM). However, my recent linkedin analysis gives me an impression that most (if not all) of the MBA candidates/graduates of Krannert with specialization in OpM or SCM have an engineering background . Can anyone shade some light on whether MBA in SCM/OpM unofficially requires a HEAVY background in rigorous mathematics or in engineering? PS: I don't have a background in engineering!

Infact to give you a little idea.. Around 50 admits have been given to indian applicants this fall...Now how in the world are they going to accommodate these numbers in a class of 120 is what is quite unsettling for me.. There is something starkly wrong with these number of admits. --> Either we will see a really sub standard MBA experience because this is going to be a n all ASIAN course with little or no diversity. --> or we might see increase in class sizes. Now if this happens it is going to be really bad for the placements because Krannert being a tier 2 program isnt that strong to attract more companies. Puzzling..

and yes mostly the admits are IT engineers... So there goes the class environment

Hi All, I have got reply a month back stating that I have been put into waiting list for Fall 2012 class. Can anyone tell what are the chances of getting it converted into admit? How long will it take for the final results to come? Thank you.

Ya. Same here too. I am waitlisted since february 2012. I have provided 2 updates since then via email to the ADCOM. However, I did not receive any response for these emails. Has anyone provided updates to Krannert ADCOM?

same here ... waitlisted for over a month...I had called admissions office and they said they are not gonna review waitlisted candidates until May 1st. (Fingers crossed ) ..Good Luck All!
