Winning 11 Academy awards and raking in more than 2 billion dollars at the box office --- This should modify titanic , but in B it is modifying James Cameron.

Winning must modify something that comes after the comma, thus (A) and (B) out..

Thus, the correct answer will be (D)

We dont have verb in C. "considered by..." is a modifier which is incorrectly modifying James Cameron.
