No you dont put your address on the top because you are sending it via email. Try to find something online. There is no said format. You are applying for a masters degree you should know what cover letters should be like. I am sorry if i was rude but the question was.

The reply does not seem to be necessary really....
seems a reasonable question I still put address on my cover letters/letterhead since it makes it look "traditional" and gives it white space. i guess it is all based on the preference, though I am not familiar with the Queen's format.
