I assume you are of south Asian descent, prefers English, and would like to migrate.
What is your and your spouse’s intended industry?
If you think family fit is 50% of your consideration I would go for IMD, then HEC then Queens. Job placement in Switzerland i heard isn’t difficult, it is a fabulous place, great schools for kids, but expensive so you’ll want a pretty good job in a multinational with an English work environment. Both IMD and HEC may provide more international mobility too, so think Singapore, Hong Kong as backup plans (good salary, low tax, fabulous international schools and havens for expats, multicultural especially Singapore, English widely spoken especially Singapore) or Dubai etc. are these options? Or are you strictly looking at a western country.
If family is more important and you value stability, choose Canada. It is a much better place to live (Switzerland has better quality of life maybe, but it’s boring and less multicultural), while Canada has a large south Asian population, your kids will feel less left out, and it’s overall a more multicultural society as a whole. I also think life feels more liberated in Canada, large houses, lots of space, great family road trips. Elite status isn’t that much of a thing in Canadian society, Queens is considered pretty decent.
Personally I am no.2 and would choose Canada.
