bb and other experts -
I have started using GMAT club more actively since a month,and find it quite useful.I would like to know when should we create a new topic or otherwise.Please help,so that I make recommended and optimum use of the Club

It would be the same situation as you consider starting a new folder on your computer or in your gmail mailbox. A new topic should be started when you don't have an existing discussion already. That means you have searched and found no existing discussion. This applies to question discussions as well as general topics such as feedback about the error log - it would be great to keep all discussions together in one place for our sanity and also future reference.
