Question about GMAT score report

Hello everyone,
I’ve got an issue in sending my GMAT scores and would much appreciate if you may share your experience. Oxford MBA and my other targeted programs ask me to register the schools with their "institution codes" on my GMAC account so that they can verify my scores online.
However, GMAC only allows me to order an additional score report and select my target programs based on program names. That means: 1. there’s no way I can input the institution code as mentioned by the schools. 2. Also, the way that my scores will be delivered to the schools will be in the form of an “official score report”, instead of allowing the school to “verify online”.
The customer service of GMAC told me on phone that ordering additional score report is the only way to let schools know my score. May I know if this is also the way you guys release GMAT score to your schools? Am I missing anything? (P.S. My exam was taken in test center instead of online, would this be the reason that I can only order additional score reports, instead of adding schools based on institution codes to allow them access my scores online?)
Thank you very much indeed.
