If you are going for interview at the place of an interviewer,it will get somewhat different experience than through Skype. You will get a greater chance for face to face interview. so,make use of that opportunity.

For the alumni interviews it really depends not just by program but also by interviewer. As you have to factor in the human component and some may prefer weekends so this may work for you. But with alums it tends to be more of a conversation then you would imagine and usually there are alums in cities across the globe so don't necessarily assume you will be too far from your interviewer. On-campus interviews typically occur mostly during the week but also weekends particularly during special weekends like women's, minority, open house type events. Again for most programs on your list outside of Kellogg this is a good problem to have :)
