Just gave a couple of GMATclub tests for Verbal. The first test was a 38, with a lot of incorrect 700 level questions at the end. The breakdown of the difficulty levels of the questions showed five 500 level, fourteen 600 level, and seventeen 700 level questions.
Took another one after a short break and at the end of test I came across an RC passage which was too easy(Checked afterwards. 500 level). I thought I'd screwed up the first portion of the exam that resulted in me ending the exam with easy questions but I scored a 45 in that. This time the break down was 10/12/14 for 500/600/700 levels. I'm just confused about how GMATclub's CAT system works. And would it be similar in the case of official CATs?

It is not necessary that you will get all difficult in the end. their are some similar incidents of people saying same in GMAT too.
