Toward the beginning of your prep, it's good to read the Critical Reasoning answer choice explanations even if you get a question correct, to get insights into how to think about CR answer choices. Later, as you become more experienced, it's less important to read the explanations.
In any case, if you miss a question, you should attempt to figure out which answer is correct and why before you read the explanations.
Also, in general, it's best to prioritize quality over quantity when doing CR practice questions. It's better to fully understand what's going on in 10 to 15 questions a day than to rush through dozens of questions each day.
