Is there hint in the question that Rachel and Sam together covered the entire distance with Sam covering the distance not covered by Rachel ?

Is yes, please explain, otherwise, correct the wording.
Quote:
Rachel and Sam shared the biking on a certain trail. If Rachel and Sam both biked for the same amount of time, but Rachel only covered \(\frac{ 3}{7 }\) of the total distance, what was the ratio of Rachel's average speed to Sam's average speed?

(A) \(1:3\)
(B) \(3:7\)
(C) \(3:4\)
(D) \(4:7\)
(E) \(3:5\)
