Let the common ratio be a positive integer x.
So number of boys and girls are 6x and 7x.
Total = 6x+7x = 13x
Thus, the number of total students should be a multiple of 13.
(A) 26 = 13*2
(B) 52 =13*4
(C) 104 = 13*8
(D)
(E) 1300 = 13*100
So D is not possible.
