Hi All,

I observed one peculiar thing in my MGMAT CAT tests. My accuracy in RC passages goes down to 50 - 60% in MGMAT cat exams . Same thing I observed in veritas free CAT test. My accuracy is close to 90 % in OG passages and LSAT test during practice. I usually spend around 2 minutes per question in RC in both the tests and practice.

Any idea for this discrepancy? Are RC passages in MGMAT/Veritas test close to those in actual test? How can I improve my accuracy in tests?

Thanks & Regards,
Gannuswami

Hi,

Before asking for the accuracy of those tests, why don't you take GMATPrep to estimate your ability and the accuracy of those tests? I think that the score from GMATPrep will make more sense to conclude anything.

Hi

MGMAT verbal RCs are a little bit tougher than OGs

I also had same kind of accuracy in MGMAT tests. Don't get panic with this and concentrate on improving your weak areas.
Hope this helps
