Major: Finance & Quantative Economics, Minor in Accounting
Certifications: Two Python for finance classes and Wall Street Prep (Financial Modeling and Valuation Certification)
3.95 GPA
700 GMAT - will take again
Internships:
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (7 Months)
Raymond James Wealth Management (4 months)
HIG Capital LLC (hedge fund) as fund accountant (3 Months)
Market Research for a small marketing company (18 months)
Will attempt to get a boutique IB internship for first semester senior year
Analyst for Student Investment Fund (~1.5M AUM) and involved in Greek life (leadership role).
What are some reasonable options to apply to for an master in finance or masters in economics?

I replied elsewhere, but you would be a phenomenal candidate in all the top US MSF programs. Focus on UT Austin, Vanderbilt, WUSTL, and USC.
So you showcases a very strong background in Finance and Quants both academically and work experience wise.
The work ex. Part especially looks solid , you have a good brand name and have a have worked in pretty impressive core finance fields.
Having said this, remember that your work ex. Can only be leveraged if you highlight the right experiences properly through your application.
You have not mentioned any quantifiable achievements, so do dig deep into your profile to come up with these experiences.
GPA and GMAT look pretty good as well. You have mentioned that you are planning to re-take the GMAT. Unless you plan on notching up your score by 30-60 points, retaking it is not super-necessary.
Also, which Intake are you targeting ?
If you have time in hand for both GMAT and creating a strong application, go for it.
Regarding school targeting, Duke, USC Marshall can be dream schools, Michigan, ESSEC, Schulich can be competitive ones and Babson, Vanderbilt can be bucketed under safe schools.
