Try again cancelling or rescheduling your exam, on mba.com
I too got similar mail, and I cancelled my exam, and yesterday only got my refund.
You must mail to them, and rereply to Pearson with the case I'd generated by them with response to your first mail.
It may take a while but you will be able to do so.

I received an email from the Pearson team on the 18th of July in the night stating that they are unable to conduct my exam on the 20th July and want me to reschedule it.
However, since now it is within 24 Hrs I am unable to reschedule my exam. Also, since this is a weekend, so no one is reverting to my query/ email or phone.
Not sure how to proceed.
Will my money be refunded, or can I reschedule the exam or will the exam be conducted since I didn't reschedule. What will happen
Any advice please suggest.

As mentioned am not able to reschedule/ cancel the exam because of the 24HR deadline set on the website.
Please advise.
