A: and they are...leaves the sentence hanging loose.
B:and they are trained..again trained to do what??? sentence is hanging loose
C: Is correct, logical and complete.
D: Incorrect use of "Present Perfect Continuous Tense"
E: It's not due to training, redundancy.
Answer should be "C"
