I think the usual healthcare suspects come to mind - Fuqua and UNC are the biggest that stand out.
I think Johnson and Darden have a healthcare focus as well. There is obviously the super highly rated Johns Hopkins which has a low-rated MBA program but neverthless a few people have chosen it in spite of all of that -

A number of other programs such as Owen (Vanderbilt) and perhaps Carlson have healthcare off-shots in their programs.
However, some of these are somewhat of a "traditional" old school perspectives. These don't hold as much weight in the crazy job market of 2022 when tables have turned for grads vs. employers and tons of money is thrown at people.
My suggestion would be to look at the employment reports and see which programs have been placing well into the companies you would like to join. This reuqires looking a step or two ahead and think about where you would like to work. This will be helpful in your research as you talk to current students and any other folks along the way. Also telling AdCom that you know where they place and where you want to go and showing that it is a well-structured placement program will make you more admittable.
P.S. 3.2 is considered on the lower side in the MBA Admissions unless you have some good explanations but getting 740+ should more than cover any concerns that may arise about your GPA.
