I have already given my GMAT ,but my score was 540 (Quant-47 & Verbal-22) . Now I am working on my verbal section to improve my score and targeting for 700+. Could anyone suggest at the max when I can give my exam for 2017 application .

You need to use e-mat for verbal improvement, do not however stop practicing quant, math revolution I've heard is awesome for a concentrated 1 month study plan so you can boost your Q47 to Q50.
