Hi everyone. How you're safe and doing well. I wanted to ask about the LGO program offered by Sloan and SOE at MIT.
Does the choice of our Department in the SOE affect future job prospects (during H1B applications)- can an LGO student who selected the department of Mechanical Engineering work in the field of Artificial intelligence, or say Business Analytics, on the basis of MBA and MS degree; provided that relevant coursework and industry exposure during the course is shown. Also, of the people who are selected, do they have an outstanding background pre-MBA, such as multiple patents, multiple publications in reputed journals, or multiple national/international awards.
Since the program currently accepts very few international students in a batch, I believe it is very competitive and wanted to have an idea about the candidates selected in terms of achievements and nationality before applying.
Thanks, and have a great day!
