Hello , I graduated in 2021 and have two years of work experience. Will I be eligible for the 2024 august intake for LBS MIM? The website mentions that you need to graduate within two years.

LBS is generally reluctant to consider MiM applicants with 2+ years of experience at the point of matriculation (i.e. joining LBS). Since you already have around that much now, you may be too experienced for the LBS MiM.

Hi shrutiiiii

The LBS MIM is designed for recent graduates: there is a two-year limit requirement for work experience gained post-graduation and the school is generally strict about it. Thus, unfortunately you may not be eligible for an MiM in LBS for August intake 2024. However, there are several other top universities in the UK as well as Europe offering MiMs and MBAs (yes!) which appreciate 2+ years of work experience. Some schools in Europe: HEC Paris, INSEAD (their MiM is a relatively new program), ESSEC, EDHEC, University of St. Gallen; in the UK: Warwick, Imperial, Manchester (Alliance), Cranfield.

How about an applicant graduating in 2022? Will the adcom be very particular about the 2 year mark (eg: if someone graduates in Aug and classes begin in sept)?

When it comes to technicalities that rest on the border-line, it is always best to check directly with the Admissions Committee; their response will give you a more clear answer about how enthusiastic they sound about your profile.

Shouldn't be a problem since you are right under the 2 years mark. In our experience admissions committee will typically give a favorable response to borderline cases.
