Its my understanding that at the very end of the 'real' GMAT, the computer asks you whether you want to keep or reject your score, and only once you accept it, do you see what you acutally got? It this true? thanks in advance.

This was the case up until about six years ago. This is no longer true. You see your score first, then you decide whether you want to keep or cancel. If you cancel, you can pay to reinstate your score if you change your mind later. If you keep the score, you have a couple of days to change your mind (also for a fee).

what's the benefit of cancelling the score? Would GMAC refund something if score is cancelled?
