Hi guys ... I received my score yesterday.
I got 99...Even though I’m not totally disappointed... I need 100.
R=23 L=25 S=26 W=25
It was my second attempt.
Should I request a review? It'll cost me more $160 but I don’t know whether they usually up or down the score.
Do you guys know something about Score Review?

If you have time, it's better to retake the test to raise your overall score. You might get higher score though:
