Dear Team,
I need your help with the review of ESR
Aim is to go above 730. I want to understand what all areas i should focus on and what all areas are my weak point. What is the issue with my verbal score.
Please let me know if you need any other information as well
In mocks I score between in the range of 710 - 760
M1 : 740
M2 : 760
M3 : 740
M4 : 710
M5 : 730

One thing about the ESR -- it only answers the "what" question (what areas of verbal, what part of the test, what timing issues). The big problem is that you need to get answers to the "why" question. WHY are you having problems with those areas of Verbal (or Quant)? Is it your knowledge (fundamentals)? Or is it parts of your process in-test that are causing things to break down?
Most of the people I work with have a bigger problem with process than content. I recently posted on this on the General GMAT board. https://gmatclub.com/forum/is-there-a-b ... 31633.html
Ultimately, you need to figure out the gaps in your in-test processes. That means dissecting your work on questions that you're having trouble with and looking for missing or incomplete steps. The help of a process expert / performance coach can really assist and accelerate that process.

Although I’m sure this is not news to you, based on your ESR, SC and RC seem to be holding you back, so would you like some advice on how to improve in those topics?
