Hi target760GMAT,
Congratulations on a great GMAT score. You are done with GMAT for now, so don't think of a retake. (If GMAT Club allows it, change your handle to something like "730 and happy"

)
Instead the time will be better spent writing excellent essays and ironing out any creases in your profile - although its a little late to do that, but a last minute effort can sometimes do some good.
Now its going to be difficult suggesting schools to you, because I still don't know enough about your profile. You can email me your resume and schedule a discussion.
Scholarships are easier to get in schools which are not ranked at the top, say 20th ranking onwards. Differentiation from other IT applicants and submitting a solid application will be key to scholarships
Your career goal in product management seems fine, will need to understand more about your work.
