Your GPA + 3 year undergrad degree may be a deal breaker. You may want to get your eligibility checked with the schools you are targetting. Rest, your GRE is decent depending on the schools you are targeting. You might want to improve your GRE score and see if you have strong extracurriculars and relevant work experience that could give you an edge.
