I (F27) am looking to apply in R2 for ISB's PGP
Academics: 10th: 9.8 CGPA (93%) (CBSE)
12th: 94.2% (CBSE)
Undergrad: 8.6/10 - CSE B.Tech (Tier 2 clg)
Work Ex: 6+ years in Deloitte as a Tech Consultant
I have been leading the team for last 1 year as well.
Planning to give GMAT in a few days and aiming for ISB. What would be an ideal score which would solidify my chances for getting into ISB.
Academics: 10th: 9.8 CGPA (93%) (CBSE)
12th: 94.2% (CBSE)
Undergrad: 8.6/10 - CSE B.Tech (Tier 2 clg)
Work Ex: 6+ years in Deloitte as a Tech Consultant

Merely knowing Tier 2 as undergrad school does not give a clear picture. As former director of admissions at ISB, I can say with reasonable confidence that your profile looks good to go (I am assuming tier 2 school).
You should ideally hit 680-690. However, please note you can only score a limited point under GMAT. The Essays and Interviews play a very critical role and these 2 components are often overlooked/not given enough emphasis by the applicants.

Profile looks strong with a solid academic record and 6+ years of work experience at Deloitte, including leadership as a Tech Consultant. For ISB’s PGP in Round 2, aim for a GMAT score of 685–695+ (Focus Edition) to be competitive, as the median for the Class of 2025 was ~675.
Focus on a balanced profile with compelling essays and strong recommendations to highlight your leadership and unique contributions. Best of luck with your GMAT and application!
