The answer lies in the above statements. Most did not report A, that is more than half did not report A. This can be further changed to ‘Less than half reported A’. Clearly A or 2 here is daytime fatigue.
Now, daytime fatigue is a part of seasonal allergies, so 1 is seasonal allergies.

Hi. I chose the same answers but with the reverse order. Did you determine based only on the fact that Daytime fatigue is a subset of Seasonal allergies? Couldn't it be the case that "fewer than half of the survey respondents who reported Daytime fatigue also reported Seasonal allergies? Most reported a sedentary lifestyle.
Most did not report any daytime fatigue.
