"fewer than half" means most did not report this. I have only one thing regarding "most did not report this."
It is:

Clearly A or 2 here is daytime fatigue.
Now, daytime fatigue is a part of seasonal allergies, so 1 is seasonal allergies.
Statement to be completed:
