Hi all,
I'm using the new GMAT Prep software. I took the 1st practice test. I haven't attempted the 2nd practice test as I am saving it for later. Somehow, I accidentally clicked on Reset, so I can now retake the 1st practice test (although I'm not planning on retaking this 1st practice test)
My question is:
are the questions:
(a) reserved for 1st and 2nd practice test different; or
(b) taken from the same pool of questions (only taken out of the pool if it's already appeared on one of the test taken), and then released to the pool only after Reset?
If the questions the answer is (b), then my 2nd practice would be skewed, since the same questions I had in my 1st practice test might reappear on my 2nd test.
Any comment or advice? Thanks!
Hi Stewart,
The question pool for both the GMATPrep tests is deferent. If you take the first test, you second test will not be skewed. Moreover, even in the second repeat of each test you are likely to find majority of new questions. To exhaust each and every question in each pool, you may need to take 4-5 retakes.
Hope this helps,
Vercules
