I think it is something you should make known in an optional essay. For your resume I might list the job you were moonlighting at as something in your "additional" section along with hobbies or other special projects. The risk of making it looking like a full time job is that some people might think it really isn't possible to work two jobs full time at once. And in some cases it might even bring up ethical concerns. Many companies have restrictions on outside employment.
