Hi everyone,
does each school have its own resume template? for example, kellog, stern all have their own templates.
Is it better to submit resume following the template of the school you are applying for?

Yes, most programs have their own resume format that is recommended (or required) by career services for on-campus recruiting. A few quick Google searches confirms you can find most of them on the web. No, I don't think it's worth it to redo your resume for every school. Career servies =/= admissions. Adcoms are used to seeing a wide variety of formats, and I don't think there are bonus points for using the right one.
My advice: Google a few MBA templates (they are much better than MS Word ones), pick one you like, and roll with it for every application.

Try searching on google with a key sentence
'school name' resume template.
Some of the schools, at least the ones I have applied, had their own resume templates. They didn't say the template was mandatory, but said the templates may be used as a reference, which will help with adcom reviewing resumes since they are standardized.
If schools have resume templates, they exist for a reason, so it wouldn't hurt following, but otherwise, just try to keep it neat and simple (nothing fancy with graphics) so that they can extract resume data (assuming) more easily as well. At least these are recs I got during web seminars.
