Retake or Apply

Hi All,
I started with my MBA planning earlier this year and have given the GMAT twice. My first attempt was a 560 which was in February 2016. The second was in November 2016 with preparation. Though I prepared well (at least I would like to think so) I got a score of 630 (Q47 V28). I got very bad score in IR - 2.0 but aced the essay section - 6.0. Really thinking that I should retake but a little tired with redoing the same course. But if I have to, I have to. My university score was also quite average at 67% (approximately)
For my profile, I started my career just before 2011 leading to a total industry experience of 5+ years. I have a Bachelor degree in Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia and my career progression in India. I've been working in the Automation Industry right from the start with my first job was as an Application Engineer manufacturing machines and programming them. I've also been working with Industrial Robots (If that impresses anyone at all). A part of my job also included commissioning of projects; I have traveled to UK and France several times for the same. My work has mostly been in Engineering, leading projects from ground zero to commissioning on client premises. I've always been inclined towards having my own business but never got the courage to startup, which is what inspired me to do an MBA in the first place. I'm looking for an MBA in Project/Operations Management or Information Systems probably a 12-15 month course.
I do understand that I have a low score in GMAT but I feel I might have a strong work profile that would help me stand out. Especially the degree. Would really like your thoughts on this one. Although I did think I might have a shot at INSEAD, Melbourne Business School or Rotman, I'm not so sure anymore.
Regards
