Hello, I am a regular forum user and post every now and then but I see I have had no reward points added since 26th June. Moderators, can you please check my profile and see why this is the case. I have not received any infraction or have violated any policy (not willfully). Would appreciate a quick response so I can continue posting.

Hi jedit ,

I could see you have 199 points and 15 kudos.

200 points means reaching to the next level, i.e. Gold Level.

But this level requires atleast 25 kudos points.

Hence, your points cannot increase unless you have 25 kudos. The moment you will get those kudos, your points will start increasing.

You can also check this under rewards section --> Tier status.

I hope that makes sense.

It does make a lot of sense, thank you. I should probably have looked into it deeper before panicking.
