Rochester VS OSU msf and profile evaluation

Question

Hey all! I am looking for stem designated masters in finance programs.

This is my profile:
Gmat :710
Gpa - Bcom 6.15/7 and Master of commerce 9.06/10
Four years work experience in Chartered accountancy firms (mid size)
Cleared ipcc

I have received admits from the following universities :
1. University of Rochester (Simon) with 30% scholarship
2. Ohio State University with 15000$ scholarship

I have received the following rejects :
1. MIT
2. Vanderbilt

I am yet to hear from the following universities :
1. Princeton
2. Ucla ms financial engineering
3. Columbia ms in financial economics
4. Usc marshall
5. UT austin

Which is better between Rochester and Ohio? I have to pay the deposit for OSU in the next couple of days so I would appreciate a prompt response.

Also, do I have a good chance at any of the other universities mentioned?

Overall you have a decent profile backed up with a strong GMAT and GPA. I would need more information on your work experience to understand your job role/profile to give you solid actionable pointers on the same. However four years of work experience is slightly more than the average. Having completed IPCC is a plus and proves your strong knowledge in the field. Both Rochester and Ohio are valued programs backed up with strong faculty. However Ohio still has to prove its mettle in the career services department. Rochester’s proximity to a financial hub i.e. New York will give you better opportunities in terms of networking and potential job prospects. Though Ohio beats Rochester hands down in terms of campus experience however lags in terms of number of international students. After considering these factors you should be able to personalize your decision.
Out of the four universities you have mentioned all fall into a competitive category and places high focus on the various components of the application such as your essays, letter of recommendations, resume and your past work experience. Even then you have to make sure that you are able to put all your experiences together and personalize them with values that resonates with a particular school. Having said that, you have a decent shot(around 60-70%) in USC Marshall
