Here's my profile - Indian female GMAT - 650 (V29,Q49) WE - 3.6 years ( IT consultancy -Big 4) GPA - we have percentage system ( 78/100) (average university) Engineering background
Extra Curricular - Manages CSR activities to a local NGO for my company. Regular with volunteering at the site
I'm considering RSM because of its focus on sustainability and my interest in that field. Past admits and people who would know about it, Can you please comment on the chances of making it. Given my demographics, should I consider giving GMAT again or shall I focus on my application and apply by the R1 deadline? (12th April 2018)
Also , can anyone suggest similar sustainability focussed MBA in Europe such as this one?
Any help with the info will be appreciated! thanks guys !

Hi,
Your score is within range that I saw admitted over years but you need to consider 2 things:
1- The pool you come from. It is very competitive. I saw Indians with higher GMAT score but rejected. You can see this in Erasmus page of intake of 2019.
2- The field that you are targeting. In general, I know that Netherlands sustainability but the question is: How can the school support you? You need to contact career service, current students, alumni...etc. You want to read that too:

Thanks for your reply ! That's the reason I'm contemplating a second attempt at GMAT. so that I can beat the demographic disadvantage. the only problem is that I might get late for first round Deadline. Is a better GMAT score worth missing 1st round deadline?

Hi,
Sure, you can miss 1st round and it is worth. RSM is not like USA schools. They do not grant big scholarships. The max scholarship is 10,000 Euro. They DO not offer full scholarship and this is stated officially on website. IMHO, it is better to focus on your GMAT.

Apologies for the delayed response but we hope this will be of help to you
You must definitely consider retaking the GMAT. We were just wondering if it would be possible for you to retake the GMAT, as well as apply in R1 (Considering the deadline is still over two months away) If not, you can always look at the subsequent rounds. The point is, apply when you are truly ready for it
