So I’m confused on employment reports. They only state sign on bonus and salary. Most companies have a quarterly or annual bonus. Is that just not included on employment reports or is the sign on bonus actually the annual bonus? So let’s say a top 10 school base is $130k and sign on $30k and end of year is $30k. Is it right to think that $190 can be expected after a year on average?

There is no straight forward answer for this. As per your statement: 'most companies have some bonus' , but we do not know how much and hence, we cannot estimate its value. Please do not expect that you will get $190k or $160k at the end of year. You can get more as well as less. The value depends upon many factors. The average and range of salary and bonus vary. Just take the hint

The information provided on the employment report of schools is very dependable on the information provided by the graduating class. Thus, anything that doesn’t get a certain percentage of responses will not be added to the employment report.
Said percentage differs for every criterion on the report, and every school making the report.
A few schools, do share additional bonuses other than the sign-on bonus on their report. I couldn’t recollect the exact school that did it, but I remember having seen the same.
My point is, that not every graduating student will get an additional bonus in addition to a sign-on bonus, and thus not every school would report it simply due to the volume of data being scarce.
