Seems like a gimmick! It's $85 for me after applying the code. It was $90 before this offer and back then there was no additional tax :/

Hi. 
You are right! The third party store that sells these have some geo-locating mechanisms... is it better/cheaper in local currency?
I think they use your location/billing address to switch currencies and there are some things going on related to currency payments. I was traveling once time and in Europe and they ended up trying to charge me in Euros and got confused because the billing address was in the US but I was buying from Europe. I had to use a VPN in the end as it would not give me the right price either...

Heyy BB,
Which state/country location should be add to get the lowest tax rate, in US address too it is charging 8.5% in Texas, 7.5 % in Durham states.
Also kindly confirm is there is any repercussions if we use any other country address since this is exam prep and has nothing to do with real time exam

You will be charged based on your billing address. You don’t have an option to choose a state without tax such as Oregon or New Hampshire.

I have managed for a address of Oregon state and can buy the same at no tax.
Can i use it in India and is there any consequences for not using in that particular billing address.

Interesting... I think you can try.... my guess is your card will get declined since it was not issued in Oregon but who knows... However, it is between you and Indian Tax authorities (and probably God) in terms of how ethical this is
