I am planning to apply for MBA in INSEAD. Does anyone have any idea about the Scholarship offered to Indian students?

Hi
I did check the site. All the scholarships either come under Merit/Need-based. All I want to know is what is the criteria for each.
Does merit mean GPA, GMAT, professional experience, etc??
To qualify for Need-based, is it based on our current salary, etc?

From what I understanding, Scholarship only apply to students who get admitted (obviously, duh) Go here and search
