Alright so it looks like I was wrong. I called them.

if you application is submitted first, it is read first, and you'll get your decision first.

The lady was trying to be PR and said "there is no advantage on your application, but it will be read first, and you'll get your decision first"

So that changes things for me.

But is that "rolling admissions?" If they like the 5th application that was submitted, does that mean that before reading the 6th, they admit the 5th?

Or does it just mean that you'll get your decision earlier if you submit earlier, but that they read all of the applications before admitting people?
