Shouldnt B be, It is probably not true that most types of bacteria are usually in hiberation.
In its current form, B seems to indicate that most bacterias are not capable of hibernating regularly.
Most bacterias can hiberate regularly but they are not likely to be in hibernation all time

Hi arora1,
Your point would have been correct but the conclusion called in argument is that only, see below. I agree that conclusion called out is a stretch because of the word "regularly".
But we have been asked to identify the conclusion, not to judge the conclusion on its merits.

Scientists studying a common type of bacteria have discovered that most bacteria of that type are in hibernation at any given time. Some microbiologists have concluded from this that bacteria in general are usually in hibernation. This conclusion would be reasonable if all types of bacteria were rather similar. But, in fact, since bacteria are extremely diverse, it is unlikely that most types of bacteria hibernate regularly.
