Hi,
I took GMAT & there were some technical issues with the keyboard. Because of that I have cancelled my score. GMAC accepted my complaint & provided full refund.
The problem that I have is that it is not stated on my score report that I have cancelled it because of the technical problems. There is just info that I cancelled the score.
I would like to let the school know that it was not a failed attempt, but technical issues. I asked GMAC about it but they say that they cannot do anything. Did anyone of you have a such problem? Did you get it solved?

You're looking at your 'personal' records, not the file that Business Schools will see when you grant them access (either as part of the 5 Schools that you list on Test Day or when you pay for additional score reports later). That information is there so that you can refer back to your Test-Taking records as needed.
Even IF that was an Official Score Report that went out, Business Schools generally don't care if you retake the GMAT, so there's really no harm regardless.
