Normally, 20/31 quant questions correct would result in a GMAT quant score in the mid to upper 40s.
However, since it's not clear how accurately the test you took represents the actual GMAT, it's tough to say how you would score on the real thing.
There are section practice tests that are more well-known than the 4test.com tests that you took. If you take one of those other tests, people will be able to tell you how closely those tests match the actual GMAT. Some are listed here.

At the same time, for quant, some test prep company tests are pretty good, and people know whether they score high or low. So, alternatively, you could take one of those and then get people's opinions of what your score indicates.
