Hi dangquan091,
First off, a 710/Q46 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. As such, a retest might not be necessary. Since you are interested in at least one highly-competitive Program (re: Wharton) you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and application plans. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:
https://gmatclub.com/forum/ask-admissio ... tants-124/There's certainly no harm in retaking the GMAT - and you have an opportunity to pick up some significant points in the Quant section. If you were consistently scoring higher in the Quant section when you took your CATs, then there might be some aspects of how you took those CATs that were unrealistic. It's also possible that there were factors on Test Day that you did no properly train to face. If you do choose to retest, then it would be a good idea to talk through some of those potential issues in more detail (to make sure that you don't end up with a similar result if/when you retest).
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
