Seeking Advice for GMAT Retake Strategy - Considering GMAT Focus vs. C

I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. I am reaching out to seek guidance and advice regarding my GMAT preparation journey. I wish to get into a top university for MBA. Ideal score is 720 (665 Focus) or 700 (645 Focus)

My goal is to apply for first-round admissions in 2024, and I am planning to retake the GMAT exam in the first week of February 2024. Previously, I took the GMAT exam in May 2023, and I would like to provide a summary of that experience:

GMAT Total Score: 610
Integrated Reasoning: 5
Verbal: 35
Quantitative: 40
I managed time well, averaging 1 minute and 53 seconds per question.
In Integrated Reasoning, I spent approximately 2 minutes and 28 seconds per question.
In Verbal, I averaged 1 minute and 43 seconds per question.
In Quantitative, I averaged 1 minute and 55 seconds per question.

However, my mock test performance just 10 days before the actual exam was higher, scoring 670 with a Quantitative score of 47 and a Verbal score of 35. The disparity between my mock test score and the actual exam has created a sense of fear and a desire to better prepare for my retake.

I am now contemplating between utilizing the GMAT Classic or Focus Edition for a more targeted preparation. Here are my specific questions:

Considering GMAT Focus Edition: What are the advantages and drawbacks of using the GMAT Focus Edition, and how can it cater to my preparation needs?
Advantages of GMAT Classic: Why might the GMAT Classic be a better fit for my circumstances?
Effective Study Strategies for the Coming Months: What strategies and resources would you recommend to optimize my preparation in this limited time frame for the retake?
