So, I am practising crucial reasoning questions however I am now not getting somewhere with it. How can I get higher in these brief passages?

Start by breaking down each argument into its components – like identifying the premise, conclusion, etc. This helps in understanding the core of the argument. Also, get familiar with the different question types – like strengthen, weaken, assumption, paradox, etc. Finally, practice is key! Try tackling each question type across various difficulty levels. This way, you'll get a feel for the nuances and patterns.

in CR you will majorly find questions of types strengthen , weaken ,assumption, inference , bold face , meaning , paradox and for each type you need to find the conclusion or intermediate conclusion / assumption of the argument..
I would suggest you to study from MGMA guides or power score CR bible as they are best for CR preparation..
