Since you scored significantly higher on your 2nd Score (via the At-home GMAT), then you shouldn't have to submit an AWA Score as part of your application. Business Schools know that the At-home GMAT does not include an AWA section - so if the School(s) that you're planning to apply to are accepting of the At-home results, then it's unlikely that those School(s) care about the AWA Score. Hypothetically, an individual Program could ask you to submit an additional essay, but if you're a strong Overall Applicant, then not having an AWA Score is probably not an issue at all.
