At the beginning of the GMAT, it asks you to choose 5 schools you want your scores sent to, free of charge. Will these schools have access to future tests as well? In other words, if I took the test a second time and wanted those scores available to admissions of schools I chose for the first exam but not the second, do I have to pay the $28 (or whatever the cost) to have the scores sent? Or will all of my exam scores be available to any school I have chosen during any exam?

I think you will have to pay $28 to send them to the schools you had in mind during your first attempt.
